Please note student registration fee is for full time students only. Please fax or post a copy of your student ID to the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 2 June 2008 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after 2 June 2008 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising Committee. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Payment of Fees

All conference payments must be received prior to the Conference. If payment for your registration type is not received by the cut-off date your registration type will automatically be changed to the next registration level.

Communication

All communication with registered delegates will be by email wherever an email address is provided, or by post if no email address is provided. If you register and do not receive a confirmation letter by email within five working days please contact the Secretariat on 02 6281 6624 or email conference@conlog.com.au. If you do not have an email address and do not receive a confirmation letter within 5 days, please contact the Secretariat on 02 6281 6624.
