Accommodation
Special room rates have been secured for delegates attending the 3rd BITRE Regional Perspectives Conference and are only available by booking through the Conference Secretariat.
In order to secure your booking, the hotel will require either a credit card number or a deposit of one night's accommodation. Delegates will be responsible for paying the balance of their accommodation account and any incidental expenses incurred during your stay. The hotel will issue a tax invoice for accommodation payments upon your departure. Accommodation deposits may be forfeited if the room is not occupied on the requested check-in date.
The deadline for accommodation bookings is 17 May 2008. Bookings after this date will be subject to availability.

Accommodation Cancellation
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received after 17 May 2008 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation policy.
Check in and out dates
Accommodation at the Conference rate is available between 15 June and 17 June 2008. To book accommodation outside of the conference dates, please contact the Conference Secretariat on 02 6281 6624 or email conference@conlog.com.au
